Order Cancellation & Refund Rules:

  • If the wrong product is delivered or the product description does not match, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Defective codes, invalid subscriptions, or incorrect digital products will be replaced or refunded.

Failure in Product Delivery:

In case we fail to deliver the product, we will notify you within 12 hours via phone or email. Any advance payment will be refunded within 3 business days.

Replacement Policy:

If you receive a faulty or wrong product, please contact our helpline or email us. Replacement products will be delivered within 3 business days.

Full Refund Rules:

  • If the remaining payment is not made within 7 days after order confirmation, the order will be canceled.
  • The deposited amount will be refunded within 7 business days.

Refund Process:

  • For refunds under ৳10,000, the amount will be sent via bKash/Nagad or other mobile wallets.
  • A fee of ৳5 will be deducted for refunds processed through mobile wallets.
  • For refunds above ৳10,000, the amount will be returned through an account pay cheque.
